Who we are
Cipher Educational Consult Limited was founded on a simple but urgent conviction: that where a young person grows up should not determine how far they go. Born from the lived experience of Nigeria's northeast, a region that has faced more than its share of disruption and displacement, Cipher was built to turn potential into possibility.
We started as a study abroad agency. Today we are a full youth development organisation, working across education, career guidance, digital skills, and leadership to equip young Nigerians and West Africans to compete and lead on a global stage.
Our founders understand firsthand what it means to come from a place the world overlooks. That understanding drives everything we do, from the care we bring to every student's application, to our Educational Sponsorship Program which opens doors specifically for deserving students from insurgency-affected communities in the northeast.
